Akhiok (Kasukuak in Alutiiq) is a second-class city in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, United States. Akhiok is Kodiak's southernmost village. The population was 71 at the 2010 census. Akhiok, which does not have a post office, is a rural location in postal code 99615 that belongs to Kodiak. The village is sometimes called Alitak, after a nearby bay.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.2 square miles (26.4 km2), of which 7.8 square miles (20.1 km2) is land and 2.4 square miles (6.3 km2), or 23.92%, is water.

The climate of the Kodiak Islands is dominated by a strong marine influence. There is little or no freezing weather, moderate precipitation, and frequent cloud cover and fog. Severe storms are common from December through February. Annual precipitation is 35 inches (890 mm). Temperatures remain within a narrow range, from 25 to 54 °F (?4 to 12 °C).
