What is Occupational Health

Occupational health is a field of healthcare involving multiple fields dedicated to the well-being and safety of employees in the workplace, with a strong focus on injury prevention and education. Amsterdam-Churchill was a census-designated place (CDP) in Gallatin County, Montana, United States. The population was 727 at the 2000 census. As of 2010, the CDP had been split into two separate CDPs, Amsterdam and Churchill. It was part of the Bozeman, MT Micropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 727 people, 255 households, and 201 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 177.9 people per square mile (68.6/km²). There were 264 housing units at an average density of 64.6 per square mile (24.9/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.49% White, 0.41% Asian, 0.69% from other races, and 0.41% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.96% of the population.

There were 255 households out of which 37.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.0% were married couples living together, 3.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.8% were non-families. 19.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.71 and the average family size was 3.10.
