As of the 2016 census, there were 12,753 people, 3,282 households residing in the city. The racial makeup of the city was 90.9.% White, 5.6% African American, 0.9% Native American, 1% Asian, and 0.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 18.2% of the population.
