The racial makeup of the town was 97.69% White, 0.11% African American, 0.34% Native American, 0.23% Asian, 0.73% from other races, and 0.90% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.13% of the population.
There were 641 households out of which 33.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.3% were married couples living together, 4.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.3% were non-families. 16.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.77 and the average family size was 3.14.
