Bay View Garden is a village in Woodford County, Illinois, United States. The population was 378 at the 2010 census, up from 366 in 2000. The village is part of the Peoria, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area.
As of the census of 2000, there were 366 people, 141 households, and 105 families residing in the village. The population density was 2,057.0 people per square mile (785.1/km²). There were 149 housing units at an average density of 837.4 per square mile (319.6/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.18% White and 0.27% African American. Native American, Hispanic, or Latino of any race were 0.55% of the population.
There were 141 households out of which 38.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.7% were married couples living together, 12.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.5% were non-families. 24.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.60 and the average family size was 3.06.
